Travel is so much fun, I am sure most people would agree, however sometimes to travel with gear can be tough. For this shoot I was required to have a big array of gear both for video and for riding. For this trip I had....
-Moto Gear, Helmet, Riding Jeans, Jacket, Gloves and boots
Wow, a lot right? It turns out that there are some good options, I use a Pelican 1510 Case for my camera and glass which is a little heavy when you add it all together, but you can almost always bring it on the plane with you and it fits nicely around airports. For everything else, I stuff it into a big duffel bag and place 50% of my batteries in that bag to save on weight which does seem to help out quite a bit.
If you are going to travel, and shoot, be sure to also check the local laws on bringing gear as many countries do not like you bringing "Pro" gear in without the proper paperwork.
Shoot, edit, repeat.
